This is too funny!! It seriously sounds like something I would do. I think back to when I first starting baking and cooking I had (and still have) so many mishaps. Hey, you live and you learn!!

I put cold or frozen butter in the pre-heated oven to soften it all the time. I just don’t leave it in for 3 minutes. 😛
